What I Build
Wicked Carrot Studios is my creative sandbox, my place where I turn my ideas into real things.
I design and build small apps, experiment with creative ideas, create art, travel, and cook great food while blurring the boundary of technology and imagination.

Wicked Carrot Studios is my umbrella under which I put all of my creative outlets, everything from apps I'm developing to my art and writing projects.
About Me
I'm Mariah, the mind behind Wicked Carrot Studios. This is a home for art inspired by fantasy, mythology, and finding the connections between worlds.I love work that makes you realize that there's connection between things you would have thought were unrelated. You might click through my site looking at paintings of masked warrior women and then find yourself reading about ancient civilizations. Maybe you'll see the connections I did.Maybe you'll keep exploring until the threads start tying themselves together.Either way, that's the goal.
Writing
Stories, essays, and explorations of myth, symbolism, and the threads that connect it all.
Art
Art has always been the place where my curiosity and imagination meet. My work draws heavily from mythology, symbolism, and the quiet tension between beauty and unease. Many of my pieces explore themes of identity, power, and transformation, often through figures that feel both ancient and otherworldly.
While my professional career is rooted in engineering and infrastructure, painting allows me to step into a different kind of problem-solving—one driven by intuition, atmosphere, and storytelling.
